我觉得应该是How many times have you heard of that? 这件事你听过多少次了？因为这个句子的时态是现在完成时，所以我觉得how often不合适。但是，如果必须是两个词来填空的话，我认为是How much.---How much have you heard of that? 这事儿你听说了多少？---I have never heard of that. 我一点也没听说。 （相当于I have heard nothing of that.）
