1.根本就没有前面的用法. 情态动词后必须接动词原形. 看下面句子 I will do what i can to help you. 我会尽我所能帮你. (虽然can 后是 to do sth, 但这个不定式与can没有关系, what I can 是宾语从句, to help you 是目的状语.2. 我不会做这件事的./ 我做不了这件事.
