此句中don’t应改为not.1)had better 本身后面可以直接带not引导它的否定形式.2)其实这个跟一些动词差不多.如want .I want him to buy the book,but he doesn't want to do so. 可以将had better 理解为一般不带TO的不定式的动词，

had后面直接跟动词是对的，但肯定式DON‘T应在动词前面

因该是You had better not watch TV.注意：had better的否定形式是had better not do sth.例如:It's cold outside. You'd better not go out.外面很冷,你最好不要出去。
