Using the GRM method, if using GRM=10, then the exit price would be 390 million RMB; if using GRM=12, then the exit price would be 468 million RMB. The cost of doing this is the legal cost to the third party. I do not anticipate that the JV would charge for the leg work. Therefore, you may have a better estimate than I do relating to the third party cost if it is chosen by GS.
