It'stimetodosomthing.It'stimeforsomthing.二者都指是做某事的时间了。第一句好用,to后面加动词原形,第二句,for后面加名词Itistimeforlunch,当然包括动名词如: istimefordoingsth语法上也正确,但通常情况下不是习惯用法,如果是考试中出现了,还是按语法来做题的。

句2不对。常说是It's time for sth.比如该吃饭了有两种说法：1，It's time to have supper 2, It's time for supper.
