仅供您参考：1、在做“部分”讲时，part是可数名词，单数时常省略不定冠词a,这时的part of等于a part of，例如：Part of(A part of) the books have been sold out（一部分书已经卖完了）。I read only(a)part of the story（我只读了这个故事的一部分）。但part of可以有复数形式，而a part of则不可以，例如：Parts of his stories are true（他说的有一部分是真的）。2、the part of也做“一部分”讲，但是通常用在part前面有数词、形容词（比较级和最高级）等修饰时，例如：A minute is the sixtieth part of an hour(一分钟是一个小时的六十分之一)。又如：the greater part of his life（他的大半生）。3、组成take the part of sb。短语时等于take sb's part，意思是“偏袒某人，支持某人”。例如：He always takes the part of his brother（他老是袒护他兄弟）。需要指出的是：part of，a part of和the part of这3个短语前不见得非用 be，关键要看在句子中怎么使用，做什么成分。不知讲清楚没有。
