我觉得选B，ING形式和不定式所表达的深层意义是不同的，不定式表示尚未发生的事，而ING则表示正在发生的事，他们所不能忍受的是主人已经忽视了他们。另外，我觉得用选D，用宾语从句的方式也应该没什么错。或许说得更精确点的话，D的从句中如果用过去完成体或是过去进行体，那就没有错了。
