你可以根据中文的感觉来判断，比如说buy，买，是一个瞬间的动词，而要将它变成持续性的动词，可以换成have，意为拥有，表示你买了这样东西即使你拥有了这样东西，又如borrow，借，换成持续的为keep，保持。Eg I borrowed this book three days ago. =I have kept this book for three days.
