For example, could you insert that picture into a WORD file and mail it to us?他给你的图是什么文件名呢？有可能是需要安装某种软件才能看的，比如说平面图可以用微软的Visio软件画，光插到Word里面好像还不行。

Very sorry, that enclosure that you deliver to come over with mail together beats at us not to open,( is the plane chart of that bathroom) therefore can't see. ( For that plane chart to the word there, then deliver to come over.)
