Article 19: WaiverNo omission or delay on the part of any PARTY hereto in requiring a due and punctual fulfillment by the other PARTY hereto of the obligations of such other PARTY shall be deemed to constitute a waiver by the omitting or delaying PARTY of any of its rights to require such due and punctual fulfillment of any other obligations hereunder whether similar or otherwise, or a waiver of any remedy it might have hereunder.The failure on the part of either of the PARTIES hereto to exercise or enforce any right conferred upon it hereunder shall not be a waiver of any such right nor operate to bar the exercise or enforcement thereof at any time or times thereafter.

条款19：自动放弃权益当协议方要求付款及限期执行条款时，协议任何一方不得疏忽或拖延其责任。出现疏忽及拖延的协议方将被视为自此自动放弃其权益，不论是该付款或限期执行条款的任何责任或其他责任，或由自动放弃任何可能产生的任何补偿。协议任何方如未能执行或强制执行合同赋予其的任何权益不应视为自动放弃其任何权益，也不应视为自此放弃执行或强制执行其权益。
