这里的 stop 和 listen在语法上是并列的.本来是都应该有个to,但是在and的这种句子中,to已经被习惯性的省略了,而且一般是不会加这个to的.

stop to do sth.停下来去干某事stop doing sth.停止正在干的事stop talking listen to ...是并列短语,一同做told的宾语,用一个to引出就行了
