Mediation; Arbitration. (a) If a dispute, claim or controversy (“Dispute”) between the parties arises under this Agreement, the parties shall negotiate in good faith in an attempt to resolve their differences. If negotiation pursuant to this Section 19 (a) fails to resolve such Dispute within the first thirty (30) days after the aggrieved party has given notice to the other party, either party may proceed to demand Arbitration pursuant to Section 19 (b).

调解；仲裁。(a) 如果双方之间因本协议而产生争论、要求或是辩论（下称“纷争”），各方应本着友好协商的态度力图解决双方间的分歧。如果依照本19(a)条款，在受损害方已向另一方提交通知之后的三十（30）天内不能解决这样的纷争，任一方均可根据19(b)条款进而要求仲裁。
