方芳老师说的都没错，但是比较简单明了的情况，另外说read只能做及物动词也有漏洞（参见《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》）选A,B均可，题目出得不严密。so有两个句型结构：so(。。。)that, so。。。as（such也与之对应）so。。。that/。。。so that。。。有两种含义：可以是表示程度的结果状语从句，也可以是目的状语从句，其中so是连接副词，that是连词。e。g:The day was so hot that we wanted to go swimming。=It was so hot a day that we wanted to go swimming。=It was such a hot day that we wanted to go swimming。=The hot day was（such that we wanted to go swimming。（表示程度的结果状语从句）I got up early so that I could/might catch the bus。=I got up so early that I could/might catch the bus。=I got up early so I could/might catch the bus。（较口语化）=I got up early that I could/might catch the bus。（较口语化）（目的状语从句）这种句型结构的两个含义同为状语，因此有一些共同点：主句和从句都是完整的句子，作为引导状语从句的连接副词so(。。。that)有一定的意义（如此。。。，那/这样/么。。。）。当然作为两个不同的含义不光是意义上有不同，结构上也可分辨两者：目的状语从句的从句的谓语部分一定有情态动词组成（一般现在或现在进行或一般将来或现在完成等类似的时态的肯定句中用can或may,一般过去或过去进行或过去将来或过去完成等类似的时态的肯定句中用could或might,不论什么时态的否定句中用shouldn't），在表示程度的结果状语从句中则不一定这样。so。。。as引导的则是限制/定性定语从句，其中so是副词，as是关系代词。e。g。:He is not so irresponsibile a man as will leave his work half done。=He is not such an irrsponsibile man as will leave his work half done。=The irresponsibile man is such as will leave his work half done。The man is so irresponsibile as will leave his work half done。 (wrong)so。。。as引导的定语从句与so。。。that引导的任何一种状语从句的区别在于：so。。。as引导的定语从句的从句部分不是一个完整的句子，由关系代词as来担当该缺少的成分，另外定语从句一定要有作先行词的名词或代词，所以第四个例句是错误的（缺先行词）。这些要求是状语从句所不需要的。还有，so。。。that也能引导限制/定性定语从句，与so。。。that引导的限制/定性定语从句意义上略有不同：so。。。that引导的限制/定性定语从句表示从句修饰的事物与先行词所指的事物为同一个，so。。。as引导的限制/定性定语从句表示从句修饰的事物与先行词所指的事物为同一类，强调相似性。e。g。:This is the same bag as I lost yesterday。=This bag and the bag (that/which) I lost yesterday has the same type/style（款式）。This is the same bag that I lost yesterday。=This bag is just the one (that) I lost yesterday。就本题而言，若选A，则是表示程度的结果状语从句：这本书非常好，（以至于）我们都非常喜欢/乐意去阅读。这里，read作不及物动词。若选B，则是限制/定性定语从句：这本书是我们都非常喜欢/乐意去阅读的好书。这里，read作及物动词，从句缺少宾语，关系代词as作read的宾语，先行词为book。就我个人来说，更偏向于B。
