我曾经安装了Alcohol 120% trial后删除,后来又安装这个软件时安装过程中显示:Error 1312. Cannot create the directory c:\windows\installer\{E9F81423-211E-46B6-9AE0-385688C5CF6F} A File with this name already exists. Rename or remove the file and click retry or click cancel to exit.请问该如何解决?谢谢!
