I can't understand you 这是句子主干，宾语为you ,但其实这个句子是双宾，第二个宾语是laughing at that poor child，既然是宾语当然要用名词性短语 ---laughing at that poor child，答案ABC都不是名词短语，因此D正确。:)

也可以用your,意思相同,但是在句子中的成分就变了,understand对应的宾语有变化

答：这里的understand=see的中文含义之一“明白”，语法上也跟着变化，即，see sb doing sth.

you laughing 做understand的宾语独立句子要转变为一个短语固用you laughing而不用your laughing

我觉得还是用you比较好，不可以用your,因为laugh at是个短语，如用your就没哪个意思了
