当前登录操作系统的用户不是管理员或权限太低，WebSphere登录认证时可能需要访问某些目录的文件，可能当前用户没有权限访问这些文件，换为管理员登录看看是否还有有问题？另外一个可能是：你的web工程中包含的jar文件与websphere所使用的产生了冲突，建议你逐一检查一下websphere安装目录下是否存在同名的jar，如果存在尽量使用websphere的jar文件。

Please check wheather you've config the servlet lib to your complier correctily. It's possible that the complier didn't find the lib to complie your servlet program segment.
