好多天的雨，常有雾，常有霜冻，都是多次的。应该是复数。如果是单讲一场雨，一次雾，一次霜冻就是单数了。如It is a heavy rain.We had a heavy fog yesterday morning.There will be a frost tonight.

我觉得这是讲述某一季节时常发生的事，而不是特别的去说某一场雨、雾或霜冻天气，所以都以复数形式来表示。
