行为动词的一般现在时,最基本的用法就是:1,经常性的动作,习惯,和现在的状态。如:Every day a lot of people speak English。(每天都有许多讲英语。)2,表示车,船,飞机等,按照时间表,所发生进行的动作。如:The flight to Guangzhou takes off at 8:30 in the morning。(飞往广州的班机上午8:30起飞。)3,在表示将来的状语从句中,用一般现在时。如:We'll have a big get-together when we meet again some years later。(几年后我们再见面时,好好地聚一下。)4,在间接引语中,表示客观事实,真理的句子,仍用一般现在时。如:It was said long ago that the earth goes around the sun。(很久以前就有人说过地球绕着太阳运行。)。
