All pedestals will be constructed using two custom cut ?#8221; thick 15 ply grade A-1birch plywood ring formers, joined together by vertical stanchions custom crafted from the sam e material around the radius.? Formers are hand crafted using a state-of-the-art high speed routing machine and custom radius tool.? The stanchions are crafted using the latest technology, moving table, digitally controlled large diameter table saw.? This will form a frame for 3/8” conformable high grade sheeting which will form the shape of the cylinders.? The formers and stringers will be joined using high grade construction glue reinforced with 1-1/2” long, ?#8221; crown, coated staples. ? The sheeting will be attached using the sam e glue and 1” length, ?#8221; crown, coated staples. ?
