我觉得where did you go ?会不会太直接了,好象有种质问的感觉.还是where have you been just now ?会好一些

有两种说法，1 where have you been? 这种说法的前提是，你们在他离开之前是在一起的。 假如，你只是刚刚碰到他的话（建议使用第二种）用这个说法，会给人一种摸不着边的感觉。2 what are you up to? 相当于中文中的，刚才你干什么去了？ 在英国很常见。
