应当是 sth.而后面那一个词组应当是can\'thelpdoingsth.(忍不住做某事)。

初中的知识哦～我记得很清楚：following＝next ！（不过next和the next还是有一点区别的哦）至于那个help好像这么久都没见过这样的，很多细微的区别都淡化了，毕竟语言是以沟通为重的～

help doing help do。基本没什么区别。。第一个应该是the next moment。。在牛津双解上有 the last moment
