我只听说过consol bond，不过consol是consolidated的缩写，有可能也可以写成console bond。中文译法叫统一公债（直译）或永续公债（意译）。consol bond是一种不记载到期日的特殊公债。购买这种政府公债的人，等于同意无限期每年接受利息的支付，但不收回本金。British console bond应该就是指英国政府发行的这类公债吧~~~
