1.though作副词时，意“仍然、可是”不能用于句首，常位于句尾。如： I gave him mach advice. He didn't listen to me, though. 我给他提了很多建议，可是他不听我的。 2.while也有“尽管”义，作连词，连接让步状语从句，同though，一般位于句首，though引导的从句还可放在主句之后，作此义时though更正式。如： While he is good at tennis, he is bad at swimming. (＝Though) 虽然他擅长打网球，但他不会游泳。(我也不太清楚所以问了四网，希望也可以帮助你！）
