如果贵公司不能够在截止日期之前把表格交到组委会，那么贵公司的资料（如展会合同中所列的）以及展台号将不会被编辑到册子里面，到时候只能以插页的形式夹在里面。说明：比如我们去参加招聘会，每个求职者都可以买到一份小册子，里面印有各个单位的情况说明以及他们的展台号码，以便求职者可以方便地找到自己心仪的单位。如果单位不及时将公司情况反映给组委会，那么该公司的信息就来不及编辑了
