I think it is natural for the students who forget to the toilet at break. If he(she) is not allowed to do that, he(she) will worry during class.Moreover not allowing students to go to the toilet will affect their health. So personally, I think it should be allowed to do that for junior students,and it shouldn't encourage senior students to do that.
