1.C.有两种表达方式：don't need to go; needn't to .第一种need作行为动词，第二中need作情态动词。2.B.被要求发言，用被动语态，我似乎觉得被要求发言几乎过了1个小时了。 后面省略了its capacity（它的总容量）。但as不可以省略，顺序也不可颠倒。 以上为个人看法，疏漏之处敬请指正，谢谢。
