其实你已经知道的很清楚了。下面我们来看一个例句：No matter what you say, I will go there tomorrow.= Whatever you say, I will go there tomorrow.但当在主语从句中，只能用whateverWhatever you have done is none of my business.和whatever类似的词还有：whoever, wherever, whenever, whomever,whichever等．用法都是相同的．

whatever引导条件状语从句时, =no matter what但当whatever引导名词性从句(主语从句,宾语从句)时,就不可以互换.

no matter what 和 whatever 都可作“无论什么，不管什么”讲。。但，no matter what只能在句中充当关联词，起连接作用，引导条件状语从句，如No matter what you say, I won't trust you。 不管你说什么，我也不再信任你了。而，whatever既可以做连词起到与no matter what一样的作用，又可以充当代词，如 Whatever you say, I won't trust you。 (连词)I won't trust whatever you say。 (关系代词，引导whatever you say这1宾语从句)不管是哪种用法，whatever在这2句话中的意思都是一样的。。PS:对whatever的1点小补充。类似于wherever（任何地方，不管什么地方）,whenever（任何时间，不管什么时间），whatever的基本意思就是“任何东西，不管什么东西。。”，也就是以上例句的用法。另外，whatever还是1个非常常用的口头语，意思是“随便什么”（其实也就是引申自“不管什么”），例如：-What would you like to eat? (想吃点啥呢？)-Whatever! （随便！）例2（whatever作“等等”解，也是引申自基本意“不管什么”）: If you steal, rob, murder, rape, whatever, you will be prosecuted by law。 （如果你偷，抢，杀，奸等等。。你会受到法律的制裁！）完成。。^_^。
