如果是锻炼口语的话，最好是把它读出声来默念也可以，不过读出来效果会更好的

I am a foreigner here in China. I dont think there is any so-called "English grammar or phonetics" Readings and oral practices will let you getting use to a language usage. 如果没有有声资料你最好是默读，如果有要跟读（可以先在心里默读，然后再出声）到最后如果能达到在手中没有文字资料的情况下能跟读，你的英文水平也会有突飞猛进的提高。

默念会导致速度慢，想象以下光速是多少？声音的速度有是多少？因此，范读是最好别默念； 如果是非常好的文章干脆放声朗读。
