Any notice, communication or amendment issued under the terms of this Agreement shall be made by registered letter (confirmation of receipt requested) or facsimile message (confirmed by registered letter) addressed to the addresses as set out at the beginning of this Agreement, and shall be deemed to have been received by the recipient, if by registered letter, on the date stated on the confirmation of receipt, and if by facsimile message, on the date appearing on the answerback of the sender’s facsimile machine.

基于本协议条款项下发布的任何通知、通讯或改正信息应采用挂号信（要求收据证明）或传真（用挂号信确认）的方式寄送给在本协议开头所规定的地址，确认后将认为已被接收方收到。如果采用挂号信，收到日期以收据上确认的日期为准；如果采用传真方式，则以发送方传真机上答复页背面上所显现的日期为准。

任何的注意，沟通或改善发行在协议的术语之下将被被向到住址演说的注册信 (收据的证实请求) 或传真信息 (被注册的信确认) 做当在协议的开始宣布,和将被认为有被接受者收到之时,如果被注册写上,在日期在收据的证实上陈述,而且如果被传真信息,在日期在寄件人的传真机器的回答上出现上。
