B.我用的排除法。因为A，C结构一样，是从句，应用正常语序。D是问是否完成了工作，应用完成时，所以选B。

B C肯定是错误的，is后应该加the.D缺少主语嘛!

B由于要选填的都是问句的宾语从句，需要把倒装的疑问句式改为表语+主语+谓语的形式，A和C都没有，D的说法不知所云，或者是FINISH的时态不对，应改为一般过去时或现在完成时。故只有B对。（注：类似What is wrong,B中，WHAT是主语，the matter是表语，语序正确。）
