Op-Ed直译为“社论版对面”,实为不代表报社立场的评论版。这种“社论版对页”的形式是目前美国大报用来安排社论、来信和评论的通用做法。《纽约时报》是这一风气的始作俑者。《南方都市报》还开风气之先地将时评版放在了紧接要闻版之后的A2、A3版，显示出对言论的重视。
