David jumped into the river and pulled Albert out of the river.这里的of the river.是否修饰out的？如果是请再举几个例子。另外of the river.可否改成from the river.谢谢！

of the river.不是修饰out，out of和后边的名词构成介词短语，out of从意义上相当于from，pulled Albert out of the river，从水中将Albert拉出。

of the river不是修饰out的,"out of+地点"是一固定搭配,表"从什么地方出来";而out一般很少与from搭配!
