在这一句中lastest notice是最新的消息——那是应该出来了的，而further notice是更新的消息——还没有出来很显然它是要等更新的消息出来嘛，所以应该是further

应该是further.在有进一步的通知之前，高速公路是封闭的。latest显然不合适。
