Work and Leisure工作和休闲是我们日常生活的两个部分，二者紧密相连，缺一不可。首先，工作是我们谋生的手段，虽然许多人对待工作就像要完成一件伟大的作品一样认真。但是，如果只有工作，没有休闲，我们就会逐渐对工作失去兴趣，造成工作效率低下，缺乏创造力；这样，很快就会在工作职位的竞争中失败，被更会安排休闲时间的竞争者击败。其次，只有工作而没有休闲，长期的工作压力会带来很多职业病，影响到我们的身体健康。没有一个好的身体，生存质量就会受到很大影响，更不要说无法保证工作了。另一方面，休闲的目的也是为了更好地工作。我们大多数人还难以做到完全不为生存考虑而休闲。因此，在缓解工作压力后，以一个放松的心情继续投入工作，是我们大多数人休闲的目的。况且，休闲时的经济来源也主要依靠工作的积蓄。因此，工作和休闲是我们每个人都要面对的事情，处理好二者的关系对我们生活水平的提高有很重要的意义。

Long-term holiday and it effected on economy长假是每个工作的人都期待的事情，长假可以使饱受工作压力的人获得放松的机会。在长假中，很多人选择外出旅游，这对我国的经济产生了重大的影响。It is really a matter of full of expectation to have a long-term holiday for every job holder,which can give a chance for good relaxation to those who suffer from the pressure at work。As far as the variety of long-term holidays are concerned,many people choose to travel to have a look at the world outside,which influence a great deal to the economy of our country。对经济的有利影响包括：长假使许多平时没有时间休闲的人们获得了休闲的机会，交通运输业因此首先得到了利润。许多地区的独特文化借此机会走出深山，成为一种时尚，同时也促进了当地不发达的经济。而且，从整体上促进了我国劳动力的就业，缓解了社会矛盾。The advantageous influence on economy people who have normally no other time for leisure can get the chance of having a rest from it,which firstly benifits the lines of communication and transportation 。The unique culture in many areas of China gets the chance to step out of the narrow districts by this way,and becomes a kind of fashion,meanwhile,which can also promote the undeveloped economy in the related areas。Therefore,long-term holiday quicken and contribute to the issue of employment in our country and alleviate the social contradiction。长假也对经济造成了不利的影响：由于全国各单位假期过于集中，出行的人们在假期里对交通运输造成了很大的压力，这种对交通设施的过度使用是一种破坏。同时，由于游人过多，也对一些旅游景点造成了很大压力，不利于旅游资源的保护和长期利用。最后，过大的压力也会使服务水平随之下降，使许多游客无法得到与消费相应的回报。Long-term holiday also have its disadvantageous influence on the social the whole country every unit centralized vacation too much, people that go out cause heavy pressure to communications and transportation in vacation。 This kind behaviour of using excessivly with traffic facilities is a kind of destruction。 Meanwhile, because the large number of visitor caused very great pressure to some scenic spots, which is unfavorable to the protection of the tourist resources and utilize for a long time。 Finally, too big pressure can make service level decline there upon too ,and make a lot of visitors unable to receive the corresponding repayment 。 总之，长假对经济的影响有有利的一面，也有不利的一面。但我相信，只要我们想办法加以改进，就会消除长假带给经济的不利影响。In a word,long-term holiday has its favorable economic influence and unfavorable one too。 But I believe so long as we try every possible means to improve it ,we can dispel the economic adverse effect of the long-term holiday。 。
