其实这道题can't open和 won't open都可选。前一个中，can在这儿表示“可能性”，即它不存在打开的可能；如：The door can't open. 门打不开。后一个中，will在这儿表示（事物自身特点表现出的）“趋势”。如： Oil will float on water. 油总浮在水上。

c,对，抽屉不是行使动作的主体，不能用主动句试。选c 的话，won't有将抽屉人性化的意思。选a的话是按汉语式的翻译。
