这个句子一看就不是英语本土人写出来的。它的结构有一些问题。应该这么写就好明白了。Maybe they forget that everything that comes out of a computer, has to put in （by somebody）.原来的句子第一个that是引导的宾语从句，引导后面所有的句子，everything that comes out of a computer,somebody has to put in. 而宾语从句中的第二个that引导的是定语从句 comes out of a computer，修饰前置词是everything．而最后的句子somebody has to put in. （错误）实际上是少了个宾语everything.希望你明白了．
